While we work tirelessly to offer a seamless experience, shipping issues are outside of our control therefore we cannot guarantee reimbursement unless the order has LABL package protection. For this reason, we highly recommend adding LABL package protection to your order so that we can send a replacement right away.
Missing package:
If your package has been marked as delivered but you don’t see it on your doorstep, e-mail us at [email protected] and we’ll help track it down.
Damaged during shipping transit:
We cannot replace packages damaged during shipment if order does not have LABL protection.
Other issues:
If your order has issues unrelated to shipping, please email us an image of the product and the issue and we'll work to remedy that issue right away.
