What does it taste like and flavor should I order?Updated a day ago

Since taste is a personal preference, we’re happy to share the flavor profiles of each option for your consideration.

  • Original – Zero sugar and flavor-free. The taste is mild and earthy.
  • Ginger + Lime – Bright and spicy, with natural flavors and 1g of organic evaporated cane sugar per serving.
  • Pineapple + Mint – Tart and cool, with natural flavors and 1g of organic evaporated cane sugar per serving.
  • Capsules – Our capsules are flavor-free

More about our flavors:  For our flavored Broc Shot, the flavors we use are spearmint, pineapple, ginger and lime extracts/essential oils derived and extracted from their natural plant sources. Our flavors are produced using the organic certification standard for flavors so they contain no genetic modification, never use synthetic solvents or preservatives, have not been made using ionizing radiation or nanotechnology, and are considered natural and pure. In addition they are all vegan therefore no animal products are used.

Our formula is 95% broccoli seed powder with 5% horseradish powder to offer full spectrum natural sulforaphane. Myrosinase is a very delicate and unstable enzyme that is easily damaged, hence why cooking broccoli or freeze-drying it can destroy the enzyme so easily.  While our broccoli seed powder has both glucoraphanin and myrosinase, we add additional myrosinase source from horseradish root powder to give full-spectrum coverage to minimize any possible degradation of the enzyme.  This helps ensure a consistent, high yield of natural sulforaphane in every dose while avoiding using chemicals and stabilized sulforaphane.

Most customers find the horseradish minimally noticeable.  Those sensitive to horseradish may want to try a flavor that naturally makes the horseradish root less noticeable such as our Pineapple + Mint or Ginger + Lime.

As always, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, including Broc Shot.
