If your package has been marked as delivered but you don’t see it on your doorstep, e-mail us at [email protected] and we’ll try to help track it down. While we will work hard to help locate your package, once a package has left our warehouse, we cannot offer reimbursement for missing or damaged packages unless the order has LABL package protection. For this reason, we highly recommend adding LABL package protection to your order so that we can send a replacement at no additional cost.
