Is Broc Shot erucic acid-free?Updated 8 days ago

Broc Shot does not contain erucic acid. Our cultivating method removes all of the oil and fatty acids via gentle CO2 extraction. CO2 is a method used to remove oils from plants without the use of chemical solvents. CO2 acts as both a liquid and a gas, allowing it to effectively extract oils and other compounds from plant material. Our powder is left with glucoraphanin and myrosinase intact.
