It's essential for your health to consult with your health care specialist before starting any new supplements or medication. 

We went to great lengths to ensure Broc Shot was accessible to as many people as possible. Broc Shot is free of dairy (including egg), wheat, gluten, fish/shellfish, rice, soy or soy derivatives, sesame, peanuts/tree nuts, and yeast.

If you have a broccoli allergy/sensitivity or sulfur sensitivity, you should not take any Sulforaphane product including Broc Shot.  

Gluten allergies: Our seeds and ingredients do not come in contact with any gluten during cultivation or manufacturing.  Although we do not share manufacturing lines with gluten products, there is gluten in our manufacturing facility. For those with a level of allergy where they should not be in the same facility, it would be best to avoid our product.
