Log into your Account from Brocshot.com home page (upper right)
Click Manage Subscription
Here you may swap flavor, reschedule or skip a shipment.
If you do not have an account or can't access your account, email [email protected] and we'll send you a link to set one up.
For subsequent shipments, customers are notified via email 3 days in advance of the next shipment to offer a few days to make any adjustments or even pause the subscription.
Please make sure that you are receiving Broc Shot emails so that you don’t miss important messages from us.
