Can children take Broc Shot?Updated a month ago

Sulforaphane, the key compound in Broc Shot, has been shown to support gut health, reduce inflammation, and provide cognitive benefits, which can be particularly beneficial for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or other neurodevelopmental differences.

While our product uses simple ingredients, we recommend checking with your pediatrician before introducing any new supplements to your child's routine. This is especially important for younger children, as every child has unique dietary needs. Children who have sensitivities to sulfur-rich foods or cruciferous vegetables should avoid all sulforaphane products, including Broc Shot. If your pediatrician gives the green light, we suggest starting with a small dose (a sip) to see how your child's digestive system responds before gradually increasing to a full dose.
